Your Financial information including,
Bank details and Card payment details. When paying for your services or product purchases.
We will also collect your personal preferences on how you would like to be contacted and of any marketing preferences you have.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

fulfil the service contract between us;

to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as business accounting and record keeping;

Newsletters and Marketing communication.
Marketing and newsletters will only be emailed to you when you have given explicit consent for us to do so. Either by completing an opt in / subscribe form or filled the required tick box on a booking form or questionnaire.

Data Transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
Where we use companies (service providers) based outside the EEA to transfer, store or process your data, we do our best to check that they comply with data protection regulations, of a similar standard to the European general data protection regulations, and are covered by the EU – US privacy shield or similar standards relevant to their country. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your data that is held by us is kept safe and secure and we have in place measures to ensure your data is not accidentally lost or used in an unlawful manor. Only staff and third parties will be able to access your data on a need to know basis. We have a data security procedure in place and in the case of a suspected data breach will follow the required steps and notify the relevant regulator and any clients who data may have been breached when legally required to do so.
Your data will only be retained by us for as long as needed for fulfilment of contractual.
We shall hold the data required for tax purposes for six years. This includes your contact, identity, financial and transaction data.
